I was born unique with intuitive extrasensory abilities such as being clairempath, clairvoyant, clairsentient and claircognizant and began to communicate with spirit as around 2. However I was raised in a christian mid-western environment that did not provide opportunities for me to understand who or what I truly was or how to use my gifts. I was confused and began to hid and suppress my gifts secretly studying other religions, spiritual practices, tarot and collecting crystals throughout my teens.

Art and dance were always my creative outlets helping me escape the trauma I endured from unhealthy relationships, but after a life altering car accident at 19 crushing both my feet and my left hand, my life path was dramatically altered and walking let alone dancing became a challenge.  This was one of seven moments where I almost lost my life, but was saved by my spirit guides / angels; as it seams it was not yet my time, I had a mission, life contract, a purpose and they made sure I was able to fulfill it. 

Three years later I graduated from the U of MN with an Intercultural Communications and Fine Arts Degree, then followed my dream and moved to NYC. I was a makeup artist and photographer throughout high school and college, and utilized these talents soon achieving success as an artist in TV, fashion and music. I also had private clients and did high end weddings and events allowing me to not only help others look and feel beautiful, but to help coach them to keep going after their dreams. 

However, before I could truly embrace my life purpose, I had to heal from trauma I endured in my youth and past lives.  So I dove in deep and did the challenging inner soul work needed to heal including receiving a life transforming soul retrieval. Slowly my intuition and supernatural gifts I had hid, struggled with, and attempted to suppress for almost 20 years began to bloom and spirit once again began visiting and communicating with me regularly. 

I continued to focus on my spiritual awakening and spent my limited free time studying, taking workshops, going to conferences and retreats, changed my entire lifestyle and read every spiritual awakening book I could get my hands on.  I learned how crystals, meditation, foods, herbs, spices, essential oils, movement and sounds can balance chakras aiding every area of life. I was attuned to reiki I and II, began to study soul journeying, breathwork, past life regression and many other holistic concepts. 

My soul was expanding but I longed to learn and understand what the ancient healers have used for thousands of years but has been suppressed. So I sold and donated everything, gave up my six figure client list in NYC and embarked on my peace light and love journey. I backpacked through South America, South Asia and the Caribbean exploring and studying with indigenous healers such as shaman and monks. I received my reiki master attunement, guided meditation certification, life coaching certification and munay-ki attunement. The vast array of spiritual ceremonies and information I was granted to participate in unlocked sacred powers and energies that still take my breath away today.
